The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has elected to fund another trucking security program. As a result, the Highway Watch® program has been suspended while American Trucking Associations explores options for continuing the program in some manner into the future. Arlington, VA--The Highway Watch® program's Highway Watch® ISAC today issued a formal Be On the Lookout (BOLO) requesting assistance from members of the trucking and law enforcement community to assist in finding a man suspected of sexual assault/abuse of a minor child.
